SBC says, “Oh, we’re sorry. We sent the bill to the wrong address. Our computers say, ‘Fort Worth’ and not ‘Arlington’.”
Tell me how SBC managed to send the hardware and software for the DSL to the right address, but still couldn’t couldn’t get the billing address right. I asked them, and they can’t figure it out.
So I paid the bill over the phone and now the service is back on.
Have I mentioned that I loathe SBC? My homework for this month is to figure out how I can deprive SBC of as much of my money as possible.
